First honest question going in: does it actually do what the listing says, or is "5 in 1" doing a lot of heavy lifting? It mostly holds up. Slicing, julienne, shredding, and crinkle cut all worked exactly as expected straight out of the box.

Swapping blades took a bit of fumbling the first time, after that it's quick, maybe 10 seconds between blades once you know which way they seat.
